Getting to the Right Tech Support Team at Pro Schools

Confused on who to call for certain IT services while on the Professional Schools campus? 

Information Services has published a map showing the Pro Schools buildings outlining the services offered. Please visit the map here and on the left hand navigator expand "Services," and ensure the "Information Services" checkbox is selected. Adjust your zoom view as necessary and locate your building and the blue flag icon. Click on the icon and select the Information tab that expands. This short video demonstrates these instructions.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)As of Thursday, April 8, 2021, Duo two-step log-in will be required for remote access to email applications such as Outlook on desktop and mobile, Teams, and OneDrive. IS will also enable an additional authentication step for those who are already using Duo.
